當你說'enough is enough '時，這表示：你想讓正在發生的事情停止；中文意思是說：「請適可而止」、「夠了吧」、「到此為止」、「好了，該停止了」、「必須要停止了」。

比如說你在工作場所，遇到別人不當行為的對待(騷擾、歧視或霸凌之類)，你就可以說'enough is enough '
